I think I got a hang of this Recipe thing. jaja. I did another last night. I did it actually pretty quick. I surprised myself. Once again it's not exactly what I envisioned. I keep feeling it needs like a food theme. Maybe later on I will take pics and add them to cards. Hmmm...maybe that's what it needs. So here is my second recipe card.
I have been wanting to print recipes using digi stuff for quite some time. I just didn't have the time or I would get distracted. I finally sat down and created one. It didn't come out how I envisioned, but it came out good. I'm content with how it ended up. I have a few recipes from my mom that I keep forgetting what the ingredients are and I have them written down on pieces of scratch paper. So now that I got an idea of how I can do them I plan on putting them on nicer paper and print. I will update this post later with the pic of the recipe card.
I have been trying to do some kind of digiscrapping. I love doing it, it's just hard with the kids and the house and the hubby :p gotta keep lots of people happy and well I come last. It's ok I guess. Eli has been good and letting me be on the computer so I try to squeeze in some scrapping. The thing is that I do get interrupted alot and end up leaving things started. I have a few pages I need to finish. But I did get to finish a new desktop yesterday. I had originally started creating it with a template and well it started to look more like a February Calendar instead of an October one. So I kept searching for one I could use and found a QP link on ikeagoddess.blogspot.com . Here is my October desktop.

I usually prefer having the actually calendar in it, but I couldn't fit one :p So I just added the birthdays on the side. Hmm...now that I think about it, does it count as a calendar??
I used to use this blog for digiscrapping and rambling, but have decided to keep this one just for my digi stuff. I don't have that much, but hope to have time to create more Layouts. I have tons of pics that I know I can scrap and would come out cute, but just get side tracked. So if you wanna check out what's going on in my personal life come and check out my other blog. Back in mid-August i got together with my SIL and created this invite for her son's 3rd birthday. This invite was a collab. She had ideas and I had the supplies and put in my 2 cents . This party was big and it was fun! There was lots of kids. Let me rephrase that, there were tons of kids. There had to be at least 30 kids! that didn't include the babies nor the adults. And I found out after the party that only HALF of the people showed up!!

Once again I have abandoned my blog. Actually blogs, cause I have two. I haven't done too much digiscrapping but do want to get back into it. I will have to post the recent desktop I did do that I also printed up as a coffee insert. Hopefully I will get a chance to come back and not abandon my blogs.
